Ever wondered how to best utilise all the left over parts of chicken? Well it is easy! Make chicken pie that the whole family will enjoy.
Simply strip the chicken carcass of as much meat as you can, leaving the bones aside
Put your chicken, some gravy powder and cornflour into a big pot and leave to simmer, stirring occasionally until you have a nice thick consistency.
Then add your chicken to some pastry in a pie dish, baste with butter and pop it in the oven until the pastry is a nice golden colour!
Add some fresh veggies or salad and done! Delicious chicken pie to be enjoyed by all!
